As first time home buyers, I honestly don’t know how we would have done it without Kay. Her service was exceptional every step of the way. She was patient and understanding with all of the questions we had as first time buyers. We searched for 8 months and every time something popped up on the market that we were interested in looking at, Kay was responsive and would usually get us an appointment to look at the home that day or the next. She took the time to learn what type of home we were looking for, and was transparent when something might not be the right fit for us. She was happy to provide her knowledge, opinions and expertise on each tour that we went on. When we finally found the home of our dreams, Kay kicked things in to high-gear and did everything she could to help make our dream come true. She helped with all communication and negotiation between us and the sellers, scheduled appointments, provided referrals for other services. Have known Kay Riddle for years, so when I needed a real estate specialist to help me either rent out or sell a condo I own, that is who I went to. She honestly told me that I would be better off renting for a few more years and then went and found me some tenants.  A real lifesaver considering I live 10 hours away.  Going with Kay is one of the smarter things I have done in awhile! A true hard working professional. Update: I recommend using New Solutions for all your real estate requirements.  We followed Kay's recommendations for preparing our property and got it listed at her suggested price.  Under contract at the asking price in 24 hours and closed 3 weeks later.  It just doesn't get any better than that.  All this accomplished with us being out of town sellers.  We could never have done this on our own.  Kay did all the legwork for us.   Can't say enough! We were recommended to Kay by a friend. She is down to earth and genuinely cares about her clients wants and needs. She was very patient with us when we started our home search and supported us when we changed direction and decided to jump into the the stresses of a new build. Kay was also very knowledgeable when it came to the sale of our home. Our home went under contract within 2 days of going on the market. I've known Kay for years as a neighbor and friend. When it came to selling my former home, she was my first choice. Living an hour away from the home (and out of state), it was sometimes difficult to meet with contractors or do little things like mow the yard. Living across the street, Kay always made time in her busy schedule to help coordinate those efforts....or, do things herself!! Kay is very honest....and knows her business. I consulted her on repairs and improvements before spending money and committing because she knew what would either increase interest or decrease interest or not even matter. Prior to selling, Kay coordinated finding renters for the home for 4 years. She did a thorough job in vetting potential tenants. In the 4 years, I never had an issue with a tenant not paying rent to cover the mortgage and care for the home. Even though I did not carry a management contract with her, she was always available to answer an occasion question I had as a landlord. I've also been on the other side of the real estate market. She was also my agent when I was between home purchases, looking for a place to rent. She was very knowledgeable of the areas in which we were looking. Unfortunately, she is not a licensed real estate agent in the state where I currently live, otherwise, she would have been my agent in buying my current home. She's no nonsense, honest, hard working and knows her stuff!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Kay for any real estate  venture...buying...selling...renting.

Kay is a great realtor who goes above and beyond! Kay stuck by us as we took on the ins and outs of a new build, combining a land deal, construction loan and selling our current home. Kay gave us the confidence through her abilities that our home would sell and we'd be in the our dream home!
